We have given a lot of thought on how to ensure it is safe place for you to stay, relax and dine.
In these unprecedented times for the industry, Wineport Lodge has always been fully committed to providing amemorable experience, and now, more than ever, we are here for you by actively monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) updates and adhering to the guidance and advice of the public health authorities.
Our whole ethos and culture are based on the very essence of good hospitality, so we have trained our team on how to take extra special care of your needs ‘from a distance’ and adapt our friendly ‘Wineport Welcome’ to keep everyone safe.
We’ve re-thought the whole guest journey and will be adding clear directional signs, along with lots of additional cleaning regimes, yet we’ve been mindful not to interfere with the essential atmosphere that is Wineport Lodge.
Some of the procedures that we have put in place include:
- We are working to the highest standards of hygiene with extra-frequent surface cleaning.
- Hand sanitizing stations are being installed in key places throughout the Lodge.
- Credit card machines will be sanitised between transactions.
- All members of the team have been briefed to adhere to the highest levels of sanitisation when carrying out their duties on a daily basis.
We're confident that you will find a sensible, user ready, scrupulously clean approach that will keep everyone safe, happy and relaxed.
We are fortunate to have the luxury of lots of space both in our public areas and our restaurant so we can spread tables out for your comfort.
We know it’s hard for anyone to make firm commitments for anything at the moment so we now have a flexible cancellation policy of up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
We look forward to embracing this new normal for hospitality and get back to doing what we love.
