Take a Hike!

We have a choice of four recommended countryside walks of varying distances.  Take a woodlands walk in the ground of nearby Portlick Castle or a bogland walk through Glasson Bog.  The Killinure walk offers stunning panoramic views of Lough Ree and the Kilkenny West walk will take you past the 'pinnacle' a stone tower thought to mark the centre of Ireland! Or a leisurely stroll from Wineport to nearby Glasson Village, Village of the Roses, or Ballykeeran is a great way to clear the head.
